Questions clients ask before we start
What does DevAura build?
Three things: websites and web applications, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and ERP systems, mainly Odoo. Most of our projects connect two of them, for example an online store or a field app that syncs with Odoo. See Services.
Are you an official Odoo partner?
No. We are an independent team that builds on Odoo 18 and 19 (Community and Enterprise). We implement, customise, integrate and support Odoo, and we build our own Odoo apps such as DevAura Field Courier. Your Odoo subscription is always in your name and stays under your control.
How much does a project cost?
Websites start from $500, ERP projects from $1,250 and mobile apps from $1,500. The final price depends on scope, integrations and content. The project survey gives you an estimate in about three minutes, and we confirm a fixed price in a written proposal before any work starts.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. Prototype sprints can be ready in about 48 hours, and most websites and web apps take 2 to 3 weeks. Mobile apps and ERP roll-outs take longer because of testing, data migration and training. Your proposal includes a week-by-week timeline.
Who owns the code and the design?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the custom work we build for you is yours. We keep our own reusable tools and products, and you get a permanent licence to use them inside your project. The details are in our Terms.
Do you work with clients outside Egypt?
Yes. We work fully online with clients in Egypt, the Gulf, the UK and Europe. We invoice in USD, EGP, SAR, AED, EUR or GBP, and meet on WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom.
How do payments work?
Usually a deposit to start and the rest in milestones tied to deliverables you approve. The exact schedule is in your proposal. We do not take card payments on this website.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a bug-fix warranty period, stated in your proposal. After that, you can choose a support plan for updates, monitoring and small changes, or ask for help only when you need it.
How is DevAura Field Courier priced?
2,000 EGP per courier per year, or 250 EGP per courier per month. Drivers do not need a paid Odoo user licence. You can start with a free trial from the product page.
