Setup DevAura Field Courier in 5 Minutes
Follow this quick step-by-step walkthrough to install the Odoo modules, connect your license key, and activate your mobile drivers.
Important Hosting Compatibility Notice
Custom third-party Odoo modules cannot be uploaded to the standard multi-tenant Odoo Online (SaaS) tier. DevAura Field Courier is fully supported on Odoo.sh, On-Premise Linux Servers, Docker, and Self-Hosted Cloud VPS (Odoo 18.0 & 19.0 Community and Enterprise).
Download the Addon Modules
Download the official production package containing the three required modules: devaura_courier_core (identity & licensing), devaura_courier_sales (field orders & routes), and devaura_courier_delivery (proof of delivery & stock counts).
Place Modules in your Addons Path
Extract the zip archive directly into your Odoo custom addons directory (e.g., /mnt/extra-addons for Docker, or your repository folder for Odoo.sh):
Update Apps List & Install
1. Open your Odoo web client as an Administrator.
2. Activate Developer Mode in Settings.
3. Go to the Apps menu and click Update Apps List in the top navigation bar.
4. Search for DevAura Field Courier and click Activate / Install on DevAura Courier Core.
Activate License or Start 7-Day Free Trial
Navigate to Settings → DevAura Field Courier:
• If you don't have a license key yet, simply click the 2. Start 7-Day Free Trial (One-Time Only) button to provision an instant active trial key with 10 courier seats.
• If you purchased a commercial subscription, paste your DLK-... key into the License Key field and click Verify & Connect License.
Invite Couriers & Connect Mobile App
Go to Field Courier → Couriers → New to create your courier accounts. Note: Couriers do not require an internal Odoo user license, saving you standard monthly per-user Odoo fees.
Drivers can log in on the mobile app via phone, email, or a one-time onboarding QR code generated in Odoo.
