Request Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store user data policies, users of DevAura Courier can request permanent deletion of their courier account and associated personal data.
Option A: Inside the Mobile Application (Instant)
1. Open the DevAura Courier app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
4. Confirm the prompt. Your active session and tokens will be revoked immediately.
Option B: Web Request Form / Email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, submit your deletion request directly by emailing our privacy team:
Please include your User Login / Mobile Number and Company Name in the email.
What Data is Deleted vs. Retained
- Permanently Deleted (within 30 days): User account profile, login credentials, device push tokens, stored GPS breadcrumb trails, and profile photos.
- Retained by Employer (Anonymized): Invoices, validated delivery orders, and tax receipts that the employer organization is legally required to preserve under commercial accounting and tax laws. These records are anonymized to detach personal user associations.
