1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the DevAura Courier mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using this app on behalf of an employer, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.
2. Permitted Commercial Use
DevAura Courier is a business-to-business (B2B) operational platform intended solely for authorized couriers, sales agents, and supervisors of organizations holding an active DevAura license and a compatible Odoo ERP installation. It is not intended for consumer or minor (under 18) use.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
- You agree to keep your credentials confidential and not share your device or account with unauthorized persons.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application, its encryption protocols, or the synchronization engine.
- You agree to use location features and data collection only for legitimate business and field operations.
4. Software Provided "As Is"
DevAura provides the software on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our offline SQLite engine is designed for high reliability, DevAura is not liable for network outages, device hardware faults, or interruptions caused by third-party telecom operators.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevAura's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this application shall not exceed the subscription fees paid for the license in the preceding twelve (12) months.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the commercial laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be settled through mutual good-faith commercial negotiation or competent commercial courts.
